In your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions, the same as any other App Store subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep PRO until the period you already paid for runs out.

We can't cancel it for you. Apple owns that switch, not us.

Open Peplii PRO from your profile and tap Restore Purchase. That re-checks your receipt with Apple and re-applies anything you have already paid for.

If it is still missing after a restore, email us and say what you bought and roughly when. Refunds are handled by Apple, through Report a Problem on the receipt.

From inside the app, in Account & profile. It is permanent and immediate: your dose logs, avatar, items and posts go with it.

If you own a clan, deleting your account deletes that clan for everyone in it. Hand ownership over first if the clan should outlive you leaving.

Press and hold their name, avatar or post and pick Report or Block. Blocking hides you from them and them from you, everywhere: the feed, clans and the leaderboard.

You can see and undo your blocks in Privacy settings. If someone is doing something that needs a person to look at it, email us and name them.

Switch off "show my protocol on my profile" in Privacy settings. Nobody can open your stack from your profile or from a clan after that.

Dose amounts, vial strength, units, doses remaining and cycle settings are never shared with anyone, in any setting.

A day counts as done when everything scheduled for it is either logged or marked skipped. A day with nothing scheduled is a rest day and never breaks a streak.

If a dose was logged at the wrong time, edit its time rather than deleting it. If it still looks wrong, send us the date and we will look at what the server recorded.
